Role : SAP MM Lead Consultant Experience : 9 - 15 years Location: Kuwait
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP MM Consultant to spearhead the procurement, inventory, and supply chain workstream for large scale S/4HANA transformations in Kuwait. In this highly visible, customer-facing role based in Kuwait, you will act as the trusted advisor to the client's procurement heads, driving the design and architecture of future-state logistics processes. Role Objective Lead end-to-end S/4HANA MM implementation for customers, from solution design through realization, deployment, and hypercare — ensuring adoption of standardized, scalable procurement and inventory processes.· Own MM workstream delivery across all phases:o Explore: Fit-gap, solution design, process standardizationo Realize: Build, configuration, integrations, and testingo Deploy: Cutover, go-live, hypercare stabilization· Drive future-state procurement model:o Centralized procurement operationso Vendor lifecycle managemento Contract and sourcing optimization· Design & implement:o Plant-based inventory structures and valuation modelso MRP, procurement, and inventory optimization· Lead integration with FI, SCM, and Analytics workstreams· Own data migration strategy and execution:o Materials, vendors, open transactions· Drive defect resolution, SIT/UAT completion, and production readiness· Mentor team and ensure knowledge transfer to business users
Key Requirements· 10–15 years’ experience with 3+ S/4HANA full-cycle implementations· Strong expertise in:o End-to-end procurement lifecycleo Inventory and supply chain integrationo Integration with FI (GR/IR, valuation)· Experience in aviation / asset-heavy / procurement-driven industries· Proven ability to lead onsite delivery in complex transformation programs· Experience handling business standardization vs customization trade-offs
