Job Purpose Provide basic IT support and assist in maintaining computer systems, software, and network operations to ensure smooth daily business activities. Key Responsibilities Provide basic technical support to users. Install and set up computers, printers, and software. Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues. Assist in maintaining computer systems and networks. Update software and operating systems when needed. Help organize and manage digital files and data. Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. Skills Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Basic understanding of networking concepts. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
