This is a ground-floor opportunity where you will take complete ownership of the operational roadmap, moving the brand from its initial launch into a multi-store footprint across the region. As the first senior operations hire, you must possess deep unit-level mastery and the operational grit to manage everything from supply chain setup to day-to-day store floor execution without an existing corporate support layer.
???? Key Responsibilities:Concept Launch & Scaling: Take complete ownership of the operational roadmap, successfully launching the new coffee brand and leading its multi-store expansion across KSA. Unit-Level Mastery: Spend significant time on the frontlines during the initial launch phase, mastering all aspects of individual store workflows, service standards, and frontline training to build a flawless operational blueprint. End-to-End Supply Chain Setup: Establish and manage the entire supply chain network from scratch, including sourcing raw ingredients/beans, equipment procurement, vendor contract negotiations, and localized distribution logistics. P&L & Commercial Ownership: Manage operational budgets, optimize store-level labor and food costs, and maximize unit economics to ensure rapid, sustainable growth. Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and lead frontline store managers and baristas, embedding high performance standards into the workplace culture.
