نبحث عن مراقب معماري ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى مشروع مركز بيانات رئيسي يقع شرق الرياض. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال المعمارية بما يتوافق تماماً مع الرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
المسؤوليات:
- فحص ومراقبة الأعمال المعمارية بما في ذلك التشطيبات والأسقف والفواصل والأبواب وعناصر الواجهة
- الالتزام بمراجعة الرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات ومعايير جودة المشروع
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفِرَق المشروع في الموقع
- مراجعة بيانات طريقة العمل وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وتقديم المواد
- تحديد عدم المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ إجراءات التصحيح
- إعداد تقارير التفتيش والحفاظ على سجلات موقع دقيقة
- دعم متطلبات الضمان والجودة والصحة والسلامة في الموقع
المؤهلات:
- حد أدنى 5 سنوات من الخبرة كمراقب معماري في مشاريع البناء الكبيرة
- التسجيل لدى مجلس المهندسين السعوديين (SCE) – إلزامي
- يفضّل وجود خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع مراكز البيانات، الصناعية، أو المشاريع الحيوية
- معرفة قوية بمواد العمارة ومعايير البناء وإجراءات التفتيش
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة موقع سريعة الإيقاع
- مهارات تواصل وتقارير جيدة

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor architectural works including finishes, ceilings, partitions, doors, and façade elements
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site
- Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records
- Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector on large-scale construction projects
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory
- Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural materials, construction standards, and inspection procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment
- Good communication and reporting skills
