An opportunity has arisen at a leading construction and development company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, for an Interior Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs for interior spaces of hospitality, commercial, and residential projects, aligning with project identity and work requirements.

The role includes the preparation of shop drawings and technical details for implementation. Additionally, the candidate will create 3D renderings and specific presentations related to the designs.

Responsibilities also involve selecting materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings that achieve quality and design identity. Coordination with project engineers, contractors, and consultants is essential to ensure designs are executed according to approved drawings.

Site visits will be conducted to monitor implementation and address any technical observations. The candidate will also prepare material schedules and specifications related to interior design tasks.

Proposing innovative design solutions that align with project budgets and operational requirements is a key aspect of this role.

Skills

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Minimum of two years of experience in interior architectural design, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects.

Proficiency in software applications:

AutoCAD

Revit

SketchUp

3ds Max

Photoshop

Lumion or V-Ray (preferred)

Experience in preparing shop drawings and technical details.

Good knowledge of finishing materials, lighting systems, and furnishings.

Ability to coordinate with project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Good command of the English language.
