Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience within listed companies in the Saudi market, a strong understanding of IPO readiness and post-listing requirements, and preferably experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support corporate growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic investments.
• Lead IPO readiness activities and ensure compliance with capital market regulations and disclosure requirements.
• Develop and strengthen financial controls, risk management, and internal audit processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience working with listed companies in the Saudi capital market.
• Strong knowledge of IPO processes, capital markets, corporate governance, and financial regulations.
• Experience within the hospitality sector is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
