Job Overview Our client is looking for an experienced Organic Social Media Manager (Tik Tok / IG / FB) with 5+ years of experience to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and viral growth across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook. Working across a diverse client portfolio, you will be responsible for creating platform-specific content strategies, identifying emerging trends, growing engaged online communities, and delivering measurable organic growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, understands platform algorithms, and has a proven ability to build high-performing social media brands through strategic content and community management.
Schedule:Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours | Australian Eastern Time (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies that drive viral growth across Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook. Create comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience trends. Build and manage content calendars across multiple platforms. Identify trending topics, sounds, and formats to maximize organic reach and engagement. Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions while fostering brand loyalty. Monitor platform analytics and optimize content based on performance insights. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce engaging, platform-native content. Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging social media trends.
Requirements7+ years managing organic social media for established brands. Proven track record of achieving viral content growth and scaling social media communities organically. Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement. Deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms. Experience managing and growing online communities with excellent community management skills. Strong copywriting and content planning abilities. Portfolio demonstrating measurable growth in followers, engagement, reach, and organic performance.
