As part of our strategic growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and serve as a trusted strategic partner to executive management and shareholders. Key Responsibilities· Lead the Group's financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.· Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, and reporting.· Manage banking relationships, financing, liquidity, and capital allocation.· Oversee cash flow, working capital, and customer credit management.· Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, VAT, and all Saudi regulatory requirements.· Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management.· Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational performance.· Lead investments, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and strategic expansion initiatives.
Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.· MBA or Master’s degree preferred.· CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.· 10+ years of executive finance leadership experience.· Experience in Shipping, Maritime Services, Ports, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other asset-intensive industries is highly preferred.· Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
