CRM Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform, integrations, and Azure services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and business process flows. Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles. Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure Integration Services. Build Power Apps and automate business processes using Power Automate. Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM performance. Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions. Perform code reviews and follow Microsoft development best practices. Prepare technical documentation and deployment packages. Support production environments and resolve technical issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. Strong experience with:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMC#. NET Framework/. NET Core Java Script & Type Script Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) Custom Plugins Custom Workflows Web API & REST API integrations Azure Services Experience with SQL Server. Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to work onsite within Saudi Arabia. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
