Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to support the human resources function of a leading children's play and entertainment venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries. Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling records. Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies. Assist with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government-related HR processes. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases. Assist with training coordination and employee engagement activities. Support visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processes where required. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality, retail, entertainment, leisure, or family entertainment sectors. Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices. Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Salary budget: 6,000 - 7,000 SAR per month + medical + visa
