About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Leader to strengthen the risk management framework for our Consumer Lending business, with a strong focus on Credit Cards in the Saudi market. This role is pivotal in driving robust credit policies, underwriting standards, and risk strategies that balance growth, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Credit Risk & Policy Management: Develop, review, and implement credit risk policies aligned with regulations and market best practices. Underwriting & Decisioning: Oversee end-to-end underwriting, guide complex cases, and enhance decisioning through analytics. Product & Portfolio Management: Partner with Product, Sales, and Business teams to optimize Credit Card offerings while managing risk. Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data to monitor portfolio health, delinquency, and profitability, presenting actionable insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to ensure seamless execution. SIMAH & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SIMAH requirements and act as a subject matter expert on Saudi credit bureau data. Leadership: Mentor and develop risk and product teams, fostering a performance-driven, risk-aware culture.
Requirements✅ 12–15 years of experience in Credit Risk within Consumer Lending (Credit Cards focus).✅ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Saudi Credit Cards market.✅ Proven expertise in Credit Policy, Product Management, Underwriting, and Risk Analytics.✅ Strong knowledge of SIMAH products, reports, and processes.✅ Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.✅ Results-driven, adaptable, and agile in dynamic environments.
