Role Description CBA Group is seeking an experienced Hospitality FF&E & OS&E Project Marketing & Development Manager to support the expansion of our hospitality business throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying upcoming hotel projects, developing client relationships, promoting CBA’s FF&E and OS&E solutions, and coordinating project opportunities from early planning stages through procurement and execution. The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality industry experience, extensive market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new hospitality project opportunities within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, operators, developers, consultants, designers, and project management companies• Promote and market CBA Group’s FF&E and OS&E procurement services• Track upcoming hotel developments, renovations, and hospitality investment projects• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and procurement needs• Support preparation of project presentations, proposals, budgets, and procurement strategies• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, including After Sales Services & Orders• Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking meetings, and hospitality conferences• Assist in preparing FF&E and OS&E budgets, specifications, and procurement schedules• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities• Provide regular project pipeline reports and business development updates to management• Coordinate project communication between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams• Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions Additional Advantage• Ability to read architectural drawings, interior design layouts, specifications, and BOQs• Previous experience with hospitality procurement processes, hotel brands, and international operators• Knowledge of FF&E and OS&E sourcing and supply chains
Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field• Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality FF&E and OS&E projects• Strong experience in Business Development, Project Coordination, Sales, or Hospitality Procurement• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory• Strong networking and relationship-building skills• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally when required• Knowledge of international hospitality standards and hotel project processes is an advantage
