- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.

- Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily.
- Handle emergency requests 24 hours.
Excellent Communication Skills.Males & Females Can Apply.Good in written and spoken English.Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airportsfemales are preferred.
