The organizational capacity of the CSOs concerning the establishment of a good governance principles, strategic planning, communication and outreach strategy, advocacy strategy focusing on Gender Based Violence (GBV), establishing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning system (MEAL), sustainability and measuring impact, networking, and partnership.2. The individual capacity of the CSOs staff considering the development of the suitable skills, knowledge, competencies, and attitudes that support and develop the professional performance, such as soft skills, project cycle management, proposal writing, report writing focusing on the field reports, gender, advocacy, communication skills with focus on communicating with private sector companies & Social media skills, administrative and financial management, and resource mobilization.Delivrables▪ Training plan with outline of contents to be covered and proposed participatory methods of delivery aligned to the contents,▪ Soft and hard copy of the training curriculum used for all the training themes, the trainings framework, and the sessions plan,▪ Report on each training showing the achieved impact based on the pre and post questionnaire and the direct observation of the trainees ‘participation,▪ Final consultancy report documenting different stages of the capacity building and lessons learned.Qualifications▪ A University Degree and or relevant diploma is required.▪ At least 7 years of professional experience in organizational capacity building and its dimensions.
