To implement high levels of Customer Service such as timely installation and response time with quality service
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Manage relations with contractors and service providers
Takes leadership role in resolving pre-install or post-install issues, customer and sales ops
Liaise with the managers and sales team in Retail to carry out Project installs to create technical support information
Keep up to date with current installation skills & techniques
Provide technical recommendations and guidance to the sales team on projects with regards to installation specific requirement such as technical feasibility and insource vs. outsource labor options
Agree a price and specification of installation of equipment with the sales team

Skills

Minimum 8 years experience with wooden/residential kitchen experience, with atleast 3 years in a supervisor or team leader role.
5 years experience as a site supervisor
Must have experience understanding AutoCAD readings.
