Telesales & Sales Representative

This is a telesales and sales position combined. 80% telesales and 20% sales.


Job Description:


Telesales Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects from provided leads to set up viewings (meetings) to the sales team.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationship with prospects by employing effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Accurately document customer information, interactions, and sales details in the company's CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp and emails with prospects to make sure they are set to come for the viewings (meetings).


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Meet prospects for scheduled viewings, showcasing our services and memberships and close sales.
  • Follow up with prospects who have already been introduced to our offerings to close sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team, providing valuable feedback.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales goals.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic & English languages.
