- Adept at creating and maintaining comprehensive document control procedures and guidelines to streamline workflows and improve overall document management efficiency.

- Collaborate with management to execute maintenance plans efficiently.

- Exhibits exceptional communication and collaboration prowess, fostering effective interdepartmental cooperation and maintaining regulatory compliance.

- Support the Sales/Service team by scheduling plans and arranging spare parts/materials.

- Support technicians and maintain maintenance logs.

- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and complete the maintenance on the assigned time gap.

- Manage and coordinate urgent communications and customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.

- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of materials.

- Streamline interdepartmental processes.

- Maintain sales records and material data for further reference.

- Enhance product appeal to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist in developing maintenance plans and managing payment schedules.

- Oversee inventory and facility management.

- Ensure completion of miscellaneous maintenance and sales duties as assigned.
