Personal/ Sport Coach

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any limitations or health concerns.
  • Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual clients' needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey.
  • Monitor clients' progress, adjust workout plans as needed, and track their achievements.
  • Educate clients on the importance of nutrition, hydration, and recovery in achieving their fitness goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in the fitness industry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition.
  • Promote our fitness services and programs to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Uphold professional standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working as a fitness trainer or instructor is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing personalized workout plans.
  • Understanding of proper nutrition and its role in fitness.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.
  • A positive attitude and passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.
