• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, to ensure the utmost hygiene and safety.
• Engage with customers in a polite and helpful manner, taking their orders, offering menu insights, and accommodating specific requests or dietary preferences.
• You'll play a key role in inventory management, overseeing coffee bean and supplies levels and promptly informing the supervisor when replenishment is necessary to uphold service quality during peak hours.
• Delivering superb coffee and espresso beverages while maintaining a friendly and efficient service is at the heart of your role as a barista
