Al Khobar – Eastern Province | Full-time

Tasks

• Reconcile payment gateway deposits and categorize them by event
• Calculate platform fees, gateway fees, and net amounts due to each organizer
• Prepare settlement statements and process transfers to clients
• Follow up on refunds and transaction disputes
• Calculate operating costs and pricing for packages and offers
• Perform basic accounting tasks, financial reports, and electronic invoicing

Essential Requirements

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Proven experience in a digital application or platform involving electronic payments (mandatory)

Practical experience with payment gateways and their reports

Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting software

Knowledge of VAT and electronic invoicing

Preference will be given to Saudi nationals

For non-Saudi nationals: Must be based inside the Kingdom with a valid, transferable residence permit (Iqama)

Additional Advantage

Basic understanding of APIs and Webhooks, and experience with Power BI
