ملخص الوظيفة نحن نبحث عن مهندس منصة بيانات ماهر لديه خبرة عملية في تثبيت وتهيئة وإدارة ودعم منصات البيانات الحديثة في بيئة عمل محلية.
يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة قوية في إدارة المنصات، و MinIO (+ Apache Iceberg)، وإما Starburst أو Dremio، بالإضافة إلى خبرة في Linux و VMware و Git وتكاملات أمن المؤسسات.
سيركز الدور على تنفيذ ودعم بيئات منصات بيانات موثوقة وآمنة وقابلة للتوسع عبر مراحل التطوير، واختبار الجودة، والإنتاج.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية - تثبيت وتهيئة وإدارة مكونات منصة البيانات عبر بيئات التطوير، واختبار الجودة، والإنتاج.
- نشر وتهيئة ودعم MinIO (+ Apache Iceberg) و Starburst أو Dremio.
- إدارة عمليات نشر منصات البيانات على بنية تحتية محلية تعتمد على VMware.
- دمج مكونات المنصة مع Git ومكونات أمن المؤسسات، بما في ذلك IAM و PAM.
- تهيئة المصادقة والتفويض وضوابط الوصول والاتصال وشهادات الأمان.
- مراقبة أداء المنصة، وتوافرها، وسعتها، وصحتها العامة.
- استكشاف أخطاء المنصة والبنية التحتية والتهيئة والتكامل والاتصال وإصلاحها.
- دعم ترقيات المنصة، وتطبيق التصحيحات، والنسخ الاحتياطي/الاستعادة، والصيانة التشغيلية الروتينية.
- ضمان توافق تهيئة المنصة مع متطلبات الأمان والتوافر والعمليات.
- التعاون مع فرق البيانات، والبنية التحتية، والأمن، و DevOps أثناء تنفيذ ودعم المنصة.
- الحفاظ على التوثيق الفني، وتهيئة المنصة، وإجراءات النشر، وكتيبات التشغيل.
المهارات الأساسية المطلوبة إدارة المنصات | MinIO (+ Apache Iceberg) | Starburst أو Dremio

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Data Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in installing, configuring, administering, and supporting modern data platforms in an on-premises environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Platform Administration, MinIO (+ Apache Iceberg), and either Starburst or Dremio, along with experience in Linux, VMware, Git, and enterprise security integrations.
The role will focus on implementing and supporting reliable, secure, and scalable data platform environments across Development, QA, and Production.
Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and administer data platform components across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
- Deploy, configure, and support MinIO (+ Apache Iceberg) and Starburst or Dremio.
- Manage data platform deployments on VMware-based on-premises infrastructure.
- Integrate platform components with Git and enterprise security components, including IAM and PAM.
- Configure authentication, authorization, access controls, connectivity, and security certificates.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, capacity, and overall health.
- Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure, configuration, integration, and connectivity issues.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, backup/recovery, and routine operational maintenance.
- Ensure platform configurations follow security, availability, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams during platform implementation and support.
- Maintain technical documentation, platform configurations, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Platform Administration, including installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with MinIO (+ Apache Iceberg) in a Data Lake or Data Lakehouse environment.
- Hands-on experience with Starburst OR Dremio.
- Experience deploying and supporting data platforms in on-premises environments..
- Experience integrating platforms with IAM/PAM and enterprise security components.
- Working knowledge of Git/version control and its integration with platform deployment or configuration processes.
- Good understanding of Data Lake and Data Lakehouse architecture.
- Experience managing and supporting Development, QA, and Production environments.
