What are my responsibilities?
Quality Control Management
- Guide and control suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house teams to comply with project quality plans and quality control documentation.
Quality Control Documentation
- Develop and Implement project-related documentation including Inspection, Test Plans, Records, Method Statements, Supplier Quality Requirements collation and analysis for supplier approval.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation such as Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), supplier and subcontractor submittals, and End-Project Documentation.
- Plan and prepare internal project status meeting data to ensure that it is in line with the planned project schedule.
Quality Management System
- Proactively assist in implementing the project quality plan and organizational quality management system, including procedure development, work instructions, forms, etc.
- Document & records control, control of nonconformity, corrective action, internal audit, identification and implementation of improvement opportunities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals of quality and the ability to communicate them to new and existing staff using a quality awareness slide presentation Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a definitive edge.
Embedded Quality In Processes And Projects
- Carry out supplier audits, incoming inspections, in-process inspections, installation and commissioning inspections using appropriate documentation and recording of inspection (FAT & SAT) and test results.
- Identify and take appropriate action for nonconformity and corrective action.
QC Reporting
- Prepare and deliver regular work reports.
- Plan and manage work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the quality inspection status overview and Global List of Open Points (GLOP) are updated regularly.
- Follow-ups with the subcontractor/concerned department(s) to close the open snags/non-conformities.
Continuous Improvement
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and provide solutions for change.
- Apply standard quality control tools such as histograms, control charts, cause and effect diagrams, Pareto analysis, scatter diagrams, and charts to present the case for change and improvement.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Quality Controls in a Project-based environment.
- Knowledge in steel fabrication & installation is a definitive edge.
- A good understanding of SCADA/PLC systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business functions and processes and ability to analyze key operational control requirements for the process.
- Clear direction and decision-making to ensure controls are maintained.
- Multicultural project teams and understand the values of controlled diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives.
- Hands-on experience in conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Diligence with great attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.

ما هي مسؤولياتي؟
إدارة ضبط الجودة
- توجيه الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية ومراقبتهم للالتزام بخطط جودة المشروع ووثائق ضبط الجودة.
توثيق ضبط الجودة
- تطوير وتنفيذ الوثائق المتعلقة بالمشروع بما في ذلك خطط التفتيش والاختبار، والسجلات، وبيانات طريقة العمل، وتجميع وتحليل متطلبات جودة الموردين لاعتماد الموردين.
- إعداد وثائق فنية وتقديمها مثل طلبات التفتيش (IR)، وطلبات فحص المواد (MIR)، وتقديمات الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن، ووثائق نهاية المشروع.
- تخطيط وإعداد بيانات اجتماعات حالة المشروع الداخلية لضمان توافقها مع الجدول الزمني المخطط للمشروع.
نظام إدارة الجودة
- المساعدة بشكل استباقي في تنفيذ خطة جودة المشروع ونظام إدارة الجودة التنظيمي، بما في ذلك تطوير الإجراءات، وتعليمات العمل، والنماذج، وما إلى ذلك.
- مراقبة الوثائق والسجلات، والتحكم في عدم المطابقة، والإجراءات التصحيحية، والتدقيق الداخلي، وتحديد فرص التحسين وتنفيذها.
- معرفة شاملة بأساسيات الجودة والقدرة على توصيلها للموظفين الجدد والقدامى باستخدام عرض تقديمي للتوعية بالجودة. وتعتبر المعرفة بمعيار ISO 9001:2015 ميزة حاسمة.
الجودة المدمجة في العمليات والمشاريع
- إجراء تدقيق الموردين، والفحوصات الواردة، والفحوصات أثناء العمل، وفحوصات التركيب والتشغيل باستخدام الوثائق المناسبة وتسجيل نتائج الفحص (FAT & SAT) والاختبار.
- تحديد حالات عدم المطابقة واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة والإجراءات التصحيحية.
تقارير ضبط الجودة
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل المنتظمة.
- تخطيط وإدارة جداول العمل للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.
- ضمان تحديث نظرة عامة على حالة فحص الجودة والقائمة العالمية للنقاط المفتوحة (GLOP) بانتظام.
- المتابعة مع المقاول من الباطن/الأقسام المعنية لإغلاق الملاحظات المعلقة/حالات عدم المطابقة.
التحسين المستمر
- تحديد فرص التحسين بنشاط تقديم حلول للتغيير.
- تطبيق أدوات ضبط الجودة القياسية مثل مدرجات التكرار البيانية، ولوحات المراقبة، ومخططات السبب والنتيجة، وتحليل باريتو، ومخططات التشتت، والرسوم البيانية لتقديم المبررات للتغيير والتحسين.
ما الذي أحتاجه للتأهل لهذا الدور؟
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في ضبط الجودة في بيئة قائمة على المشاريع.
- تعتبر المعرفة بتصنيع وتركيب الهياكل الفولاذية ميزة حاسمة.
- الفهم الجيد لأنظمة SCADA/PLC يعد ميزة إضافية.
- المعرفة بوظائف العمليات والأنشطة التجارية والقدرة على تحليل متطلبات الضبط التشغيلي الرئيسية للعملية.
- التوجيه الواضح واتخاذ القرارات لضمان الحفاظ على ضوابط التحكم.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق مشاريع متعددة الثقافات وفهم قيم الدبلوماسية الموجهة والحزم لتحقيق الأهداف.
- خبرة عملية في إجراء تحليل البيانات وإعداد تقارير الإحصاءات.
- الاجتهاد مع الاهتمام الكبير بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية جيدة.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
