About the Role: F&B Support Expert

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Support Expert to join their team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through exceptional food and beverage service. The F&B Support Expert takes initiative in providing a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables and assisting with kitchen operations.
• Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies.
• Ensuring all services contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards and ensuring professional appearance, personal grooming, and communication.
• Reviewing menus and verifying information.
• Performing physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving on sloped, uneven, and sometimes slippery surfaces.
• Handling objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing).
• Reaching overhead, bending, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Relevant Work Experience: No prior relevant work experience is required; previous experience in food and beverage environments is valued.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None.
