Computer Technician

We are looking for an experienced Computer Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktop and laptop computers, with solid knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Repair and replace computer components such as HDD/SSD, RAM, power supplies, and other hardware parts.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows errors, software problems, and computer performance issues.
• Upgrade desktops and laptops according to customer requirements.
• Assemble custom PCs, install components, and perform testing.
• Perform formatting, system setup, data transfer, and backup when required.
• Receive customer devices, identify problems, and clearly explain recommended repair solutions.
• Maintain proper handling of customer devices, tools, spare parts, and the work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in the Saudi market in computer repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop repair.
• Good knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and software configuration.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and work independently.
• Knowledge of printers, networking, and peripheral devices is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and professional customer service.
• Valid and transferable Iqama after successfully completing the probation period.
