We are currently recruiting a QA/QC Manager on behalf of a leading Contractor delivering multiple large-scale building projects across the Kingdom.
This role will be based in Al Khobar, KSA.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan across all project phases Manage and supervise the project QA/QC team, maintaining consistent quality standards Review and approve method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals Coordinate quality inspections with consultants and subcontractors Monitor testing activities on site and maintain accurate quality records Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions to closure Conduct regular site quality audits and inspections Prepare quality reports and report performance to senior management and clients Ensure all approvals, certifications, and handover documents meet contractual and regulatory requirements
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Candidates must be currently based within KSA.15–20 years' QA/QC experience in construction, with a background at major construction companies Proven experience on large-scale building and infrastructure projects Hands-on experience preparing quality plans, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists Professional QA/QC certification preferred; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification an advantage Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
