About the Role

Trade Tech International is seeking a Procurement Officer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is central to ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services necessary for the company's operations. The role involves managing the entire procurement cycle, from supplier identification to contract negotiation and delivery tracking.

Role Overview

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for strategically sourcing suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, and purchasing essential materials. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the timely delivery of all required goods and services, directly supporting the company's operational continuity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Obtain competitive quotations and conduct thorough price comparisons.
• Negotiate contracts and purchase terms to secure advantageous agreements.
• Track deliveries and monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to agreements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing documentation.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The salary offered for this role ranges from SAR4,500 to SAR7,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
