About the Role

Ashjan Najd Company is looking for a Vehicle Rental Agent to join its team in Khamis Mushait, Asir. This full-time role focuses on managing vehicle rental operations, from preparing contracts and collecting rent to ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Present the types of vehicles available for rent, explaining the pricing and terms required for the rental to customers.
• Verify that the customer meets the rental requirements, including the specified age and the availability of a valid driver's license.
• Ensure the tenant agrees to the terms regarding deposits and advance payment.
• Prepare and process vehicle rental contracts, ensuring they are signed by the tenant.
• Collect the due rental amount and provide a copy of the contract to the tenant.
• Implement all occupational health and safety procedures and instructions relevant to rental operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in a related field.
• Ability to interact with customers professionally and effectively.
• Commitment to implementing procedures and instructions accurately.
