Act as a link between the team, support functions and team manager. Develop the key processes and tools within the team. Close competence gaps by training/coaching and running SOP audit dialogues. Control quality, deviations and service execution stops together with team manager. When needed support team members with immediate problem solving. Support and participate in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing with other service organizations in AL. Optional: coordinate, plan and support the daily work of the team/shift. Previous experience of Plate and Welded Heat Exchangers reconditioning and maintenance. (Is a plus) Previous experience of decanter centrifuge maintenance. (Is a plus) Tig welding experience.
