We are looking for a Facility Engineer to be responsible for the electromechanical (MEP) maintenance and improvement of our clients facilities. (Residential Buildings, Office buildings, Malls, Hospitals, Warehouse etc). You will be responsible for assessing the facility's maintenance requirements, both Preventive and reactive, while managing a team of technicians to accomplish best service to our clients. Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports. Determining facility and equipment specifications. Evaluating operational & maintenance systems to improve operational efficiencies. Technically troubleshoot maintenance issues/failures, and guide team for proper actions to be taken. Manage a team of technicians to accomplish required service to our client. Planning and coordinating equipment maintenance schedules and activities. Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards. Preparing reports and compliance documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in mechanical HVAC, electrical, civil, or industrial engineering. At least 10 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role. Good verbal and written communication skills in English language. Ability of conducting failure analysis and writing required technical reports.
