We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across assigned categories, ensuring value creation, supplier performance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories.
- Develop and implement category sourcing strategies.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluations, and selection processes.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
- Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
- Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS are an advantage.
