A leading regional investment firm is looking for a Real Estate Fund Manager to lead and grow its Real Estate Funds platform based in Dammam. Reporting to the CIO, this is a high-impact, senior role at the heart of the firm's alternative investment strategy — shaping fund strategy, driving portfolio performance, and building investor relationships across a growing real estate investment platform.
In this role, you'll develop and expand the firm's Real Estate Funds strategy and platform, identifying opportunities for new funds and investment vehicles while overseeing performance across the existing portfolio. You'll review investment recommendations ahead of Investment Committee submission, monitor portfolio performance, diversification, and liquidity, and build strong relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions, and developers. You'll also originate new fund, co-investment, and joint venture opportunities, ensure full alignment with regulatory and governance standards, and lead, mentor, and develop the Real Estate Funds team.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field8+ years' experience in real estate investments, alternatives or real estate funds Proven track record managing the full investment lifecycle, from origination through exit, within fund structures and institutional investor relationships Advanced real estate financial modeling and valuation expertise Experience navigating changing economic cycles and presenting to institutional investors Arabic speaking, with prior experience in the Saudi market given the CMA-related exposure this role requires CFA or CAIA; CME1 & CME4 preferred

المتطلبات: درجة البكالوريوس في التمويل أو الاقتصاد أو العقارات أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في الاستثمارات العقارية أو الاستثمارات البديلة أو الصناديق العقارية. سجل حافل في إدارة دورة الاستثمار الكاملة، بدءاً من التأسيس وصولاً إلى التخارج، ضمن هياكل الصناديق وعلاقات المستثمرين المؤسسيين. خبرة متقدمة في النمذجة المالية العقارية والتقييم. خبرة في التعامل مع الدورات الاقتصادية المتغيرة والتقديم أمام المستثمرين المؤسسيين. إجادة اللغة العربية، مع خبرة سابقة في السوق السعودي نظراً للطبيعة التنظيمية لهذا الدور والمتعلقة بهيئة السوق المالية (CMA). يفضل الحصول على شهادة CFA أو CAIA، وشهادات CME1 و CME4.
