Introduction to the Role

United Cell for Environmental Services is seeking a Project Management Director to join its team in Jubail, Eastern Province. The holder of this full-time role will be responsible for the overall supervision of implementing and managing pest and rodent control service operations within the contracted scope. This role aims to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality in performance, through general supervision of project and program management activities and effective monitoring of workflow.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, organize, and operate all pest and rodent control service activities.
• Supervise contract execution and ensure compliance with operational standards and requirements.
• Represent the company before the contracting entity in all matters related to contract execution.
• Efficiently lead and direct work teams, including semi-skilled and unskilled personnel.
• Respond quickly and decisively to requests or emergencies that arise during operation.
• Monitor workflow and ensure achievement of operational targets and service quality.

Scope of project and program supervision

The Project Management Director is responsible for meticulously monitoring the progress of project execution and program development plans and continuously supervising workflow. The role also includes setting and tracking project budgets and contracting procedures, and clearly identifying costs and funding sources. This comprehensive supervision aims to ensure projects are completed and meet the set objectives according to the specified timelines and budgets, efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in project management, preferably in the environmental services sector or a related field.
• Ability to effectively supervise and manage diverse work teams.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
