Job Overview

The Al-Hanaa Trading Group Company is looking for a Waiter to join its team in Dammam, in the Eastern Province. The holder of this full-time role will be responsible for providing food and beverage services, with a focus on ensuring an excellent customer experience and adhering to cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a related field.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and presenting menus, receiving orders, and delivering them accurately.
• Answering customer inquiries and advising on available food and beverage options.
• Setting up, arranging, and cleaning tables, organizing tableware and utensils and returning them to their designated places.
• Distributing meals to beneficiaries/departments according to meal lists and fixed schedules.
• Ensuring the meal reaches the correct beneficiary/department on time.
• Carrying meal trolleys from the kitchen to the departments and vice versa, ensuring contents safety.
• Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of trolleys and food distribution tools before and during work.
• Adhering to food safety, personal hygiene, and infection control instructions.
• Collecting trolleys and utensils after distribution and returning them to their designated place.
• Handling special meals or diets according to the distribution sheet instructions, without altering meal content.
• Informing the supervisor of any shortages or errors in meals or any distribution issues.
• Presenting invoices to customers and receiving and recording cash payments, in addition to using POS machines.
• Handling customer complaints and escalating them to the complaints officer for necessary action.
• Maintaining equipment and tools in good condition.
• Carrying out any other duties related to the nature of the job as requested by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in food service or customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
