About the Role

Waad Education Company is seeking a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in special education. The role focuses on providing dedicated support to students with diverse learning requirements.

Role Overview

The Special Education Needs Teacher will play a direct role in enhancing the educational experience for students requiring specialized support. This position involves implementing targeted strategies to foster student growth and development. The core objective is to ensure that each student receives appropriate interventions to achieve their academic and developmental milestones effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students' individual learning needs and develop tailored educational plans.
• Implement specialized teaching methods and instructional materials to support students with varying abilities.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educational staff to create a comprehensive support system for students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student performance, attendance, and development.

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant academic degree or professional certification in Special Education or a closely related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience as a Special Education Needs Teacher or in a similar educational support capacity.
