The resort is being developed with a focus on sustainable practices and tourism, featuring approximately 149 rooms and suites, six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, a Kids for All Seasons facility, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools, and two separate beaches.

The Role of a Spa Therapist

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Therapist to join the team at its new luxury resort in The Red Sea. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences within the resort's spa facilities. The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing a range of treatments that ensure guest comfort and relaxation, contributing to the overall quality of the spa service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spa treatments to guests, focusing on delivering a peaceful and relaxing experience.
• Clearly describe the Spa Treatment Menu to guests, answering any questions they may have.
• Offer informed recommendations to guests regarding suitable treatments and home care products.
• Ensure that treatment rooms are consistently well-stocked, thoroughly cleaned, and sanitized after each treatment session.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Spa Therapist position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or spa environment. Additionally, applicants must meet the following specific requirements:

• Willingness to conduct cross-gender treatments as required by guest preferences and operational needs.
• Ability to conduct Yoga classes, demonstrating proficiency in various yoga techniques and instruction.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time role is based at the Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island, part of The Red Sea development in Saudi Arabia. The region encompasses cities such as Umluj and Al Wajh. The resort offers a dynamic work environment within a newly established luxury property, committed to high standards of service and sustainability.
