Role Overview

As a DC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Distribution Center. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the efficient execution of receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, and dispatch activities. The position requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cold chain compliance throughout all processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Distribution Center operations, including receiving, picking, inventory control, dispatching, and returns processing.
• Monitor Distribution Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that all operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and ensure proper stock rotation practices are followed.
• Ensure strict adherence to cold chain requirements and established product handling standards.
• Uphold HACCP, safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all Distribution Center activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of receiving, stocking, and dispatching functions.
• Lead and supervise Distribution Center employees, effectively managing resources to optimize productivity.
• Prepare comprehensive operational, inventory, dispatch, and loss reports as required.
• Ensure full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the DC Supervisor position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Distribution Center operations or a similar supervisory capacity within the food industry or a related sector.
