The Role: Environmental Specialist

Tronox is seeking an Environmental Specialist to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring environmental compliance and supporting the development of environmental capabilities within the organization. The specialist will play a key role in monitoring environmental parameters and equipment, contributing to a sustainable operational framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring and measurement of key environmental parameters and equipment.
• Perform compliance monitoring and measurement of key Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) parameters and equipment.
• Contribute to environment inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions to support respective environment teams in increasing their capability and knowledge.
• Maintain environment-related documentation in accordance with defined quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in environmental management or a related field. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of environmental compliance, monitoring practices, and the ability to conduct training.
