Housekeeping Supervisor — One-Star Hotel
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cleaning staff and distribute daily tasks and shifts
- Ensure the readiness and cleanliness of rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Manage inventory of furnishings, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with the reception department regarding room status (ready/under cleaning/maintenance)
- Basic training for new employees and follow up on their performance
- Follow up on any comments or complaints related to room cleanliness and resolve them quickly
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping (previous supervisory experience preferred)
- Ability to organize a team and handle work pressure
- Basic computer literacy (Excel or any simple inventory recording system)
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
- Proficiency in Arabic, with basic English as an added advantage
