About the Role

Tadallal United Trading Company seeks a Beauty Products and Tools Seller to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time role aims to provide a distinctive shopping experience for customers by selling a variety of products and providing necessary information about them, in addition to managing payment and inventory operations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Sell a range of cosmetics and beauty tools to customers, focusing on meeting their needs.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about available products and their prices.
• Continuously monitor stock levels, and keep the store organized to ensure a comfortable shopping experience.
• Place product purchase orders when needed, and efficiently handle incoming products and receiving them.
• Handle payments and receive payments from customers accurately and professionally.
• Process product exchange and return requests in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Good organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace.
• Commitment to defined work policies and procedures.
