مسؤول عن تصميم وهندسة أوعية الضغط، خزانات التخزين، ومبادلات الحرارة وفق المعايير ASME وAPI وTEMA.
يضمن الامتثال لمتطلبات أرامكو السعودية والشهادات الخاصة بالعميل؛ كما يؤدي الحسابات الميكانيكية باستخدام PV Elite أو COMPASS أو أدوات تصميم أوعية الضغط/مبادل الحرارة المماثلة.
يدير ويراجع deliverables التصميم المستأجر من الخارج؛ يدعم تقييمات العطاءات، ومراجعات النطاق، وتوضيح العميل.
ينسق مع QA/QC للفحص والامتثال للمواد.
يحضر أحمال الفوهات والدعائم وتصاميم اللحام ورسومات التجميع.
يوفر دعم التصنيع ويحُل استفسارات أرضية الورشة، ويساهم في دمج جميع وثائق التصميم لتصبح تسليمات هندسية للمشروع كاملة.
• معرفة عملية قوية بقسم ASME VIII (المقسم 1 و 2)، ASME القسم II و IX، API 650/620/660/661، ومعايير TEMA.
• الإتقان في برامج تصميم وتحليل الميكانيكا: PV Elite، COMPASS، أو أدوات تصميم أوعية الضغط/مبادل الحرارة المكافئة.
• معرفة عملية بـ AutoCAD و/أو برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد ذات الصلة للمراجعة والتعليقات على الرسومات.
• الإلمام بمعايير الهندسة في أرامكو السعودية (سلاسل SAES/SAEP) ومواصفات المواد.
• فهم سليم لعمليات اللحام، تصميم مفصل اللحام ومتطلبات NDE/الفحص المتعلقة بمعدات الضغط.
• قدرة تحليلية ومهارة في حل المشكلات، مع اهتمام بالتفاصيل في الحسابات والوثائق.
• مهارات تنسيق وتواصل فعالة للعمل عبر فرق الهندسة، QA/QC، الشراء، والتصنيع.
• القدرة على إدارة عدة مواد تسليم ومدخلات خارجية وفق الجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (أو ما يعادلها) من جامعة معترف بها.
• خبرة 5–10 سنوات على الأقل في تصميم أوعية الضغط، خزانات التخزين، و/أو مبادلات الحرارة ضمن بيئة EPC، التصنيع، أو هندسة النفط والغاز.
• يفضل خبرة سابقة في مشاريع أرامكو السعودية أو عميل رئيسي مماثل للنفط والغاز.
• تعتبر الخبرة في مراجعة أو إدارة تسليمات التصميم الهندسية المستأجرة/المتعهدة ميزة.

Job description
Responsible for the design and engineering of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and heat exchangers per ASME, API, and TEMA standards.
Ensures compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements and client-specific certifications; performs mechanical calculations using PV Elite, COMPRESS, or similar tools.
Manages and reviews outsourced design deliverables; supports bid evaluations, scope reviews, and client clarifications.
Coordinates with QA/QC for inspection and material compliance.
Prepares nozzle loadings, supports, weld designs, and assembly drawings.
provides fabrication support and resolves shop floor queries, and integrates all design documents into complete project engineering deliverables.
• Strong working knowledge of ASME Section VIII (Div.
1 & 2), ASME Section II & IX, API 650/620/660/661, and TEMA standards.
• Proficiency in mechanical design and analysis software: PV Elite, COMPRESS, or equivalent pressure vessel/heat exchanger design tools.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or relevant 3D modeling software for drawing review and markup.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco engineering standards (SAES/SAEP series) and material specifications.
• Sound understanding of welding processes, weld joint design, and NDE/inspection requirements relevant to pressure equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail in calculations and documentation.
• Effective coordination and communication skills for working across engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and fabrication teams.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and outsourced inputs against project schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in the design of pressure vessels, storage tanks, and/or heat exchangers within an EPC, fabrication, or oil & gas engineering environment.
• Prior experience on Saudi Aramco or similar major oil & gas client projects strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing or managing outsourced/subcontracted design engineering deliverables is an advantage.
