The Role:

Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices. Maintain consistent production performance by following biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output. Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or Poultry Production and animal Science.

4 - 5 Years Experience in GP farms.

Competencies such as; Understanding of poultry Framing specifically Breeding farms. •Knowledge of brooding, feeding, egg collection •Commitment to animal welfare, safety standards, and farm goals. •Precision in monitoring flock health, feed quality, and environmental conditions. •Willingness to embrace new technologies, methods, and regulatory changes. Team Collaboration: Ability to work with veterinarians, engineers, farm managers, and policymakers.
