يساعد في تقديم الرعاية الطبية في مجال الرأس والرقبة، الطفل وليمفوما – إشعاع الأورام، وينسق المتدربين والزملاء، وفقاً لقوانين وبيانات الأطباء الحالية وسياسات وإجراءات المستشفى.
المسؤوليات والمهام الأساسية
المسؤوليات السريرية:
يساعد المستشارين في تقديم الرعاية المريضة المطلوبة والإدارة في مجال الرأس والرقبة، الطفل وليمفوما – إشعاع الأورام, وفقاً لمعايير الرعاية الطبية الواردة فيالمعايير المعلنة من قبل تقديم الرعاية الصحية.يدرس و يقوم بالتقييم، والفحص وتكوين تاريخ حالة ويساعد في تشخيص وإدارة المريض وفق المعايير المذكورة في الأدلة التشخيصية مثل الدليل الإحصائي والتشخيصي.يسجل تاريخاً طبياً مفصلاً ، ويفحص جسدياً بدقة ويضع خطة لإدارة المريض والمتابعة للمناقشة مع المستشار. لاحقاً, يسجل أوامر المستشار وملاحظات التقدم وملفات أخرى الضرورية للمراجعين الخارجيين.يقدّم تغطية اتصال للختصاص الأكثر فرعياً على أساس دوري خلال الأمسيات، والليل، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلالعامة.يجهّز لـ و يشارك في جولات قسم المستشارين والمتخصصين في وحدة المرضى كما هو مبيّن في السياسة. يوثق النتائج في السجلات الطبية.يتابع نتائج التحقيقات للمراجعين الخارجيين ويعدل العلاج وفقاً لذلك.يحضر عيادات التخصص، وعيادات المعاينة الخارجية، ويتقاسم جدول العمل في حالات الاستدعاء وفق المتطلبات.أداء مسؤليات سريرية أخرى، كما هو مُكَلَّف.المسؤوليات الأكاديمية:يقدم التوجيه، وتدريب بجانب السرير والإشراف على المتدربين والزملاء كما هو محدد.يواكب جميع التقنيات والتطورات الحديثة، خاصة في مجال التخصص. ينفذها بشكل انتقائي لتحسين المعايير التقنية.يشارك في الأنشطة التعليمية وبرامج التدريب في القسم.يشارك في المؤتمرات الطبية الوطنية والدولية.التعليم
التخرج من كلية طب في وضع جيد، استكمال الفترة المطلوبة من التدريب العالي في تخصص و/أو تخصص فرعي، مع شهادة مجلس سعودي/أمريكي أو كندي/بريطاني، أو ما يعادلها كما حددته لجنة اعتماد الطاقم الطبي.
الخبرة المطلوبة
سنتان (2) من التدريب في التخصص والتخصص الفرعي بالإضافة إلى الخبرة بعد التدريب المطلوبة.

Job description
Summary
Assists in providing medical care in the field of Head, Neck, Pediatric & Lymphoma – Radiation Oncology, and supervises interns and residents, in accordance with current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the Hospital’s policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Responsibilities:
Assists the Consultants in providing required patient care and management in the field of Head, Neck, Pediatric &Lymphoma – Radiation Oncology, in accordance with standards of medical care laid down by the Healthcare Delivery.Studies and performs assessment, examination and the compilation of a case history and assists in the diagnosis and management of the patient in accordance with criteria listed in diagnostic manuals such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual.Registers detailed medical history, conducts a thorough physical examination and creates a plan for patient management and follows-up for discussion with the Consultant. Subsequently, records the consultant’s orders, progress notes and other required documents for outpatients.Provides on-call coverage frothier specialty on a rotational basis during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.Prepares for and participates in consultant and specialist ward rounds as per policy. Documents findings in medical records.Follows up on investigation results for outpatients and modifies treatment accordingly.Attends specialty clinics, outpatient clinics, and shares on on-call schedule as per requirements.Performs other clinical responsibilities, as assigned.Academic Responsibilities:Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision of interns, residents and fellows as assigned.Keeps abreast of all the latest techniques and developments, especially in area of specialization. Implements them on a selective basis to improve technical standards.Participates in the educational activities and training programs of the department.Participates in national and international medical conferences.Education
Graduation from a medical school in good standing, completion of required period of postgraduate training in a specialty and/or subspecialty, with Saudi/American Board or Canadian/UK certification, or equivalent as outlined by the Medical Staff Credentialing Committee.
Experience Required
Two (2) years of training in specialty and subspecialty plus post-training experience required.
