About the Role

Saudi Arabian Trading and Construction Company (SATCO) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing overall leadership for construction project execution, program delivery, and employer interface from the outset. The position requires expertise in managing complex projects to ensure client expectations are met while adhering to high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for construction project execution, ensuring effective coordination of site management, program delivery, and employer interface.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, and timeline, utilizing advanced project management tools to monitor progress.
• Conduct regular site meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review project status, address challenges, and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.

Project Oversight and Financial Management

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive strategies to address potential issues before they impact project delivery.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and making recommendations for corrective actions to stay within budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and present detailed project documentation, including reports and presentations, to communicate progress, outcomes, and strategic insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement and Team Development

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring project deliverables align with their expectations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance and operations, to ensure resource allocation and alignment with overall business objectives for successful project execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, instilling best practices in project management and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
