Job Purpose: Lead and manage the interior design section to ensure the delivery of high-quality showroom designs aligned with the company’s visual identity, business goals, project timelines, and operational standards. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the design team and distribute workloads across projects. Manage showroom design projects from concept stage until final handover. Ensure all designs comply with the company’s display identity and brand guidelines. Review and approve layouts, working drawings, presentations, and material selections. Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of design packages. Ensure full product coverage based on the active products list at the start of each project. Support the development and continuous improvement of display standards and design manuals. Participate in planning showroom renovation priorities and design strategies. Prepare reports, project updates, and performance evaluations for the design team. Mentor and develop team members technically and professionally. Ensure proper organization and archiving project files and showroom databases.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in interior design.
Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail or showroom environments. Minimum 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D visualization tools such as V-Ray or Enscape). Understanding of sales and marketing principles related to point-of-sale environments. Experience working in multi-branch retail environments is preferred.
Language: Fluency in Arabic and English.
