Job description
The objective of this position is to build relationships and finalize sales contracts for premium packaging with government entities and large corporations (B2B).
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential government entities and large corporations (ministries, authorities, companies) that require substantial packaging (gifts, events, hospitality, supply contracts).
- Direct communication with decision-makers in these sectors and establishing ongoing working relationships.
- Preparing competitive pricing proposals tailored to the requirements of each entity.
- Negotiating contract terms (price, quantity, delivery dates) and closing deals.
- Monitoring government entities for registration in competitive platforms and government tenders (such as the approval platform) as needed.
- Preparing regular reports on the status of current and potential contracts (Pipeline) and presenting them to management.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business annually.
Skills
Required qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience of no less than two years in corporate B2B sales (preferably with government entities or large corporations).
- Operational knowledge of packaging preservation and storage techniques, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at the managerial level in sectors and companies.
- Ability to prepare professional pricing proposals and competitive bids.
- Previous knowledge of government procurement systems and tenders is preferred.
- Possession of a driving license and a vehicle to attend meetings with clients.
- High motivation to close and secure large contracts — this is typical in B2B sales.
