الملخص:
بالإضافة إلى كونه أخصائي EMS، يساهم المدرب الشخصي في تقديم حلول لياقة عالية التأثير وشخصية باستخدام تقنية التحفيز الكهربائي للعضلات (EMS). يركز الدور على إجراء تقييمات شاملة للعملاء، وتصميم برامج تدريب مخصصة، ومتابعة التقدم لضمان النتائج الأمثل. يكون المدرب مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والاحترافية ورضا العملاء مع تعزيز المشاركة والاحتفاظ والتغيير. مع تركيز قوي على التميز في الخدمة والتدريب القائم على الأدلة، يلعب الدور دوراً حيوياً في تحسين جودة الخدمة وسمعتها في قطاع اللياقة البدنية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المتطلباتالمؤهلات والمتطلبات
التعليم والشهادات
درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في علوم التمرين أو العلوم الرياضية أو التربية البدنية أو مجال ذو صلة، أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
شهادة مدرب شخصي من جهة معترف بها (مثلاً NASM، ACE، ISSA، REPs، أو ما يعادلها) مفضلّة.
سيتم النظر في المرشحين الذين لديهم خبرة عملية قوية في التدريب الشخصي أو التدريب المعتمد على EMS.

فهم متين لعلوم اللياقة ومبادئ التدريب، بما في ذلك:
علم وظائف الأعضاء الرياضي
طرق التدريب الوظيفي
أنظمة تدريب EMS
مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية.
القدرة على تحفيز المدربين، وتوجيه، وإشراك العملاء بفعالية.
القدرة على تصميم وتكييف برامج التدريب بناءً على احتياجات العميل.
الموقف المهني مع عقلية خدمة وسلامة وأخلاق قوية.

Summary:
The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is a key contributor to delivering high-impact, personalized fitness solutions using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. This role centers on conducting comprehensive client assessments, designing tailored training programs, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal results. The trainer is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction while driving engagement, retention, and transformation outcomes. RequirementsQualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in
Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
Personal Trainer Certification
from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is
preferred.
Candidates with strong hands-on
experience in personal training or EMS-based training will be considered.
Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of fitness
and training principles, including:
Exercise physiology
Functional training methods
EMS training systems
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and
engage clients effectively.
Capability to design and adapt
training programs based on client needs.
