Recruiter Opportunity at Avensys Consulting

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and involves comprehensive recruitment and client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Support business development by identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach efforts, and participating in client meetings.
• Perform account management duties, such as maintaining relationships with existing clients, gathering role requirements, and ensuring service quality on active accounts.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, client records, and hiring reports.
• Support Saudization (Nitaqat) targets in hiring decisions.

Professional Growth Path

The role is initially focused on recruitment delivery. Over the first six months, the Recruiter will gain structured exposure to client-side work. This path is designed to develop into a full 360-degree desk, encompassing both client relationship management and recruitment delivery responsibilities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant recruitment role.
