Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering OR a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. Experience : 13 years of experience in Construction Materials Testing (CMT) is highly preferred; fresh graduates with strong training profiles will be evaluated. Technical Certifications : Certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician (Grade I) or equivalent third-party certifications are a massive advantage. Core Competencies : High mathematical literacy for testing formulas, acute attention to physical details, and steady physical stamina for field movements. Language Proficiency : Basic to functional English(reading and writing) to comprehend laboratory testing procedures and fill out technical paperwork.
