We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our Projects Department and support the smooth execution of construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will play a key role in monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and follow up on daily site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Implement site works according to approved drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design requirements. Supervise concrete works, ensuring quality control and coordination with suppliers and contractors. Conduct daily inspections with the Quality Control team and consultants to identify and resolve deviations. Prepare progress reports outlining milestones, challenges, and overall project status. Work closely with the Construction Manager to plan construction phases. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and effective inventory management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail with the ability to address and resolve issues proactively.
