Senior Architect – Design Control Office
Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural coordination across multiple hospitality and hotel projects.* Review and manage design submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical documentation.* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.* Represent the project in client meetings and lead technical discussions.* Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and design intent.* Support construction teams with design clarifications and resolve site-related technical issues.* Prepare and present technical reports, design reviews, and progress updates.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.* 10+ years of professional experience, including large-scale hospitality or mixed-use developments.* Strong client-facing experience and excellent architectural coordination skills.* Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.* Willingness to work full-time on-site in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
